The Planning and
Community Development Department administers the Planning, Zoning and Code
Enforcement Regulations for the Town of Plymouth. The Planning and
Community Development Department administers and enforces the Planning and
Zoning Ordinances, Subdivision Ordinance, Minimum Housing Code, and Nuisance
ordinances. The Department also brings all planning-related matters before
the Planning Board, the Board of Adjustment and the Town Council.
