At no charge for up to 2 tons, Residents may take their own yard waste, construction and demolishing debris, appliances, as well as up to 5 rimless passenger car tires per county resident per year.

When landowners hire a contractor to haul debris, such as larger amounts from the demolition of a building or outbuilding, a $42 per ton charge is issued. Tickets are made at the landfill based on tonnage at the time the contractor delivers the debris. The contractor then delivers a copy of the ticket to the homeowner. A separate copy is sent to the Town of Plymouth and the homeowner's water bill will include the amount due, along with the normal garbage disposal fee.

Payment
Garbage disposal/landfill bills are included with water bills. Payments are made to the town by mail at PO Box 806, or in person at Town Hall, 124 E. Water Street, Plymouth.
